I’ve known Kevin for years. When my father died unexpectedly and we had to figure out how to sell his home and handle all of that, Kevin was the first and only realtor that I called. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he went above and beyond in walking myself and my family through this whole process during a time fraught with deadlines and emotional pain. When we were having difficulty with some of the documents (it was an estate sale and things came up I didn’t know about), Kevin was honest about what he knew and what he didn’t, and pointed me in the direction of an excellent sellers attorney to help us all figure it out. Kevin told me exactly what needed to be done and we had multiple offers over the asking price to choose from. If you’re seeking a realtor, Kevin is absolutely the best. He kept me informed through every step, listened to my questions, and walked the journey with me to closing and beyond.

He went above and beyond for us! We found a new construction house and Kevin helped us navigate working with the builder to make it ours. He even went as far as hand delivering our flooring in hopes to get us into our home before the holidays.
